SkillonIT Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Blockchain Developer Trainer to guide and mentor aspiring blockchain developers. In this role, you will deliver hands-on training, create an engaging learning environment, and prepare students for careers in blockchain development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and teach blockchain-related course content to students at various levels of proficiency
Use educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and outcomes
Conduct and supervise research projects related to blockchain technology
Provide students with guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their academic and professional goals
Stay current with advancements in blockchain and update course materials accordingly
Collaborate with other faculty members to improve instructional techniques and course offerings
Evaluate and grade students performance and provide constructive feedback
Organize workshops and seminars to disseminate knowledge about blockchain technology
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 to 3+ years of experience in Blockchain Technology, Teaching, and Communication
Strong understanding of educational technology and its integration into the teaching process
Proven ability to conduct and disseminate relevant research in the field of blockchain
Adept at utilizing data science concepts to enhance curriculum and teaching methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex topics to students
Ability to maintain professional attire and appearance in a classroom setting
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in blockchain technology
Strong organizational skills to plan and execute course schedules efficiently
