Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Location: Sector 63, Noida

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

We are actively seeking enthusiastic and skilled female candidates to join our team as Health Insurance Sales Executive.

Qualifications:
Must have a graduate degree in any field.
Prior experience in health insurance sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Health Insurance Sales:
Promote and sell health insurance products over the phone to potential clients.
Explain health insurance plans, coverage, and benefits in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.


2. Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads.
Convert leads into successful sales while ensuring client satisfaction.


3. Product Knowledge:
Stay well-informed about various health insurance products and services to provide accurate advice to customers.


4. Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain performance levels.


5. Client Follow-up:
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain good post-sale relationships.


6. CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.



Skills Required:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
Prior knowledge of health insurance products is highly desirable.
Organized and detail-oriented with basic knowledge of CRM systems.
