Job Overview:

You will leverage your expertise to provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify and approach potential clients to introduce our health insurance products.

·        Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' health insurance requirements.

·        Provide detailed information about our insurance plans and assist clients in selecting the best options.

·        Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and service.

·        Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address client queries.

·        Achieve Personal Targets and contribute to the overall growth of self and the company.

Qualifications:

• Education 12th & Above
• Fresher or added advantage to experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in health insurance.
• Strong understanding of health insurance products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
