Job Title: Guest Relations and Client Servicing Executive
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Guest Relations and Client Servicing Executive to join our team and ensure a seamless experience for our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Manage tenant onboarding, including handling check-in formalities, orientation, and guiding them through the facilities.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure tenant satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Handle tenant complaints with tact, patience, and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
Operations and Coordination:
- Coordinate with relevant technicians and service providers for property maintenance, repairs, and other operational needs.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
- Manage the check-out process, including inspections, damage assessments, and handling deposit returns.
- Ensure all common areas and amenities are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Communication and Language Skills: Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Kannada to cater to a diverse tenant base.
- Prepare and distribute regular updates, notices, and newsletters to tenants.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with tenants, addressing their queries and providing timely updates.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and other relevant data.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, tenant feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the tenant experience.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Continuously seek ways to improve the tenant experience, gathering feedback and implementing suggestions.
- Organize and coordinate community events to foster a sense of community among tenants.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding tenant management and property upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest relations, sales, or operations, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software is a plus.
- A customer-first attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
