Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in event conceptualization, including brainstorming and developing unique themes and concepts
2. Support the planning and coordination of all logistical aspects, from venue selection to vendor management
3. Contribute to the creation of event timelines and schedules, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
4. Assist in budget management, tracking expenses, and sourcing cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event promotion strategies, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement
6. Assist in on-site event management, coordinating with vendors, staff, and clients to ensure flawless execution
7. Contribute to post-event evaluation and analysis, providing valuable insights to enhance future events
