Key Responsibilities:
Develop professional resumes and cover letters tailored to the German job market, ensuring they meet local standards and expectations.

Ensure all documents are compliant with German recruitment practices and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) requirements.

Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their career goals, work history, and unique strengths. 

Research and apply industry-specific trends and job role expectations in Germany to create relevant and impactful resumes. 

Provide expert advice on resume and cover letter formatting, keyword optimization, and career strategy tailored to the German market. 

Offer unlimited revisions and ongoing support to clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction with the final product. 

Maintain strict confidentiality and handle client data with the highest level of security. 

Requirements:
Proven experience in writing resumes and cover letters for the German job market. 

Strong knowledge of German resume formats, industry standards, and ATS compliance.
