Responsibilities:
Develop personalized fitness programs tailored to individual clients' needs and goals.
Conduct fitness assessments to establish fitness levels and track progress.
Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques.
Monitor and adjust fitness programs based on clients' progress and needs.
Provide nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching.
Ensure the safety of clients during workouts and prevent injuries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workout environment.
Motivate and encourage clients to maintain consistency and achieve their goals.
Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and developments.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of various exercise techniques, fitness programs, and nutrition.
Ability to develop safe and effective exercise programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
