**Job Title: General Manager

**Job Summary: The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including follow-ups, invoice creation, material dispatch, and record-keeping for inward and outward goods. This role also involves banking, documentation for import/export shipments, and managing email correspondence. Moderate English reading and writing abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Follow-ups: - Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, vendors, and partners. - Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
2. Invoice Creation: - Generate accurate invoices for clients and maintain records of all transactions. - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
3. Dispatch Handling: - Oversee the dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Coordinate with logistics providers and update dispatch records.
4. Material Record Keeping: - Maintain and update records of inward and outward materials. - Ensure proper documentation and storage of records for future reference.
5. Banking and Financial Tasks: - Handle company banking tasks, including deposits, payments, and reconciliations. - Liaise with the bank for any company-related transactions or issues.
6. Import/Export Documentation: - Prepare and manage all required documentation for import and export shipments. - Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
7. Email Correspondence: - Manage incoming and outgoing emails with clients, vendors, and partners. - Respond to inquiries and provide updates in a professional manner.
8. English Communication: - Moderate proficiency in English for reading and writing emails and business communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in managing daily operations, invoicing, dispatch, and record-keeping.
- Basic understanding of import/export regulations and documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Moderate proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, accounting software, and email platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities effectively.
