Job Title: Full-Time Receptionist cum Admin

Job Description: We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Full-Time Receptionist cum Admin to join our team at Spancore in Coimbatore. As a Full-Time Receptionist cum Admin, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Schedule appointments and meetings and manage conference room bookings
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not required
