Job Title: Full-Time Field Engineer

Location: Noida NCR (with occasional travel)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Full-Time Field Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and assessing the performance of our maintenance teams. You will ensure that our services meet quality standards and client expectations while facilitating timely resolutions of any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to clients to gather feedback and evaluate their satisfaction with our equipment maintenance services.

Team Performance Monitoring: Oversee the performance of three maintenance teams (two members each) to ensure alignment with project requirements and productivity goals.

Quality Control: Develop and implement formats and checklists to monitor and assess work quality and team performance.

Ticket Management: Ensure the timely closure of tickets and complaints generated by clients, coordinating with relevant teams to facilitate prompt resolutions.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on team performance, client feedback, and quality assessments for management review.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and team performance, recommending actionable solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in field engineering, client support, or equipment maintenance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software for reporting and tracking.
