Job Description

Job Title: Full-Time Accountant


Location: Sector 6, Noida


We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our dynamic team.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Full-Time Accountant to manage and oversee various financial operations within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, salary and overtime calculations, and will be proficient in using MS Excel and Tally Prime. This role involves handling advance and balance payments from customers, approving goods dispatches/ couriers, and maintaining accurate financial records.


Salary : 15000/- to 22000/- per month


Key Responsibilities:

- GST and TDS Management:

- Ensure accurate calculation and timely filing of GST returns.

- Manage TDS deductions and payments, and file TDS returns.


-Payroll Management:

- Calculate salaries and overtime payments for staff.

- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.


- Customer Payments:

- Manage advance and balance payments from customers.

- Approve goods dispatches based on payment status.


- Invoicing and Receipts:

- Generate tax invoices according to online payments.

- Manage payments, receipts, and journal entries.


- Financial Reporting:

- Maintain sales and purchase ledgers.

- Prepare and present financial reports to management on a timely basis.


- Software Proficiency:

- Utilize MS Excel for various financial calculations and reporting.

- Use Tally Prime for accounting tasks and record-keeping.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime.

- Familiarity with payroll processes, including salary and overtime calculations.

- Experience in managing advance and balance payments and approving dispatches.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.

- Coordination with Management and CA
