Job Summary:

We are seeking Full Stack Dot Net Developer with hands-on experience in C# .NET, Angular, and SQL to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Dot Net Developer, you will be responsible for leading a small team of developers and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of projects. You will work closely with stakeholders and manage both front-end and back-end development processes. This role is ideal for someone who is technically proficient, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. This role is hands-on which requires at least 70% of the time in coding and 30% in managing the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure project success.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using C# .NET for back-end and Angular for front-end development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and QA teams, to gather requirements, plan releases, and prioritize tasks.
• Ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Optimize database queries and manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a smooth project workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development, recommending improvements and new technologies as appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0 to 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in C# .NET, Angular, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of caching technologies like Redis, authentication mechanisms like OAuth and Active Directory.
• Experience leading small to medium-sized teams, with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• End-to-end project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices in development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
