We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in both the MERN stack and Python Django to join our team. This position demands an individual capable of independently handling projects while also mentoring and training trainees and trainers in our training division.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Python Django frameworks.
2. Manage projects independently and lead trainers.
3. Guide and mentor students through practical coding exercises and real-world projects.
4. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into our development processes.

Skills and requirements

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proficiency in the MERN stack and Python Django.
2. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js.
3. Experience with backend technologies, including Node.js, Express.js, and Django.
4. Proficiency with databases such as MongoDB and SQL databases.
