Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build and scale our referral platform. You’ll work on developing both the user interface and the backend systems that power our platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and launch features for web and mobile platforms using modern tools.
• Build and manage APIs that connect the frontend and backend of the platform.
• Optimize the platform for better performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate AI features for matching job seekers and referrers.
• Write clean, reusable code and ensure best practices in development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain a seamless user experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in React (or React Native) for frontend and Node.js for backend development.
• Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS for hosting and scaling applications.
• Familiarity with API development and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: Experience integrating AI/ML models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
