STL is responsible for business plans delivery and sales fundamentals results for his/her team of sellers and assigned territory/area, responsible for quality execution of Initiatives. In addition he/she is responsible for identifying development areas for the sellers, preparing a training calendar and imparting in-market/ class-room training for defined P&G training programs. He will execute the distributor strategies to deliver sales, resale fundamentals. As an owner of the business unit he will be accountable for accurate and timely availability of data and information necessary in making right business plans and decisions. He will be instrumental in achieving the Distributor’s Vision, by ensuring sustainable and profitable operations.
