### Job Description: Front Office cum Tele Caller###
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Office Management:** Greet visitors, manage the front desk, handle inquiries, and maintain records.
- **Tele Calling:** Make outbound calls, handle inbound calls, follow up with clients, and schedule appointments.
- **Administrative Support:** Assist with filing, data entry, correspondence, and coordination with departments.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Provide exceptional customer service, address client queries, and maintain positive relationships.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- **Experience:** Prior experience in a front office or tele calling role is preferred but not mandate
- **Skills:** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office
