Job Profile :
1. To make communication with our Franchise & associates.
2. Finding out their problems.
3. Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
4. Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
5. Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
6. Reminder Calls to our Franchise & Associates regarding every month’s offers.
7. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
8. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
9. Provide excellent customer service.
10. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
11. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office as per the defined procedure.
12. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
