Job Description

We are Hiring for
  • Job Title: Front Line Sales Executive
  • Client: Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance
  • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Purpose: 
  • To offer customized insurance solutions to customers for all their financial needs and act as the primary interface between the customer and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly sell insurance products to customers via appointments (office/home visits).
  • Ensure leads/appointments allocated by the call center are attended and generate revenue.
  • Achieve self-sourcing sales targets.
  • Maintain daily business reporting, including MIS on sales calls (LMS),lead utilization, and conversion updates.

  • Knowledge of financial markets.
  • Sales process implementation.
  • Business planning.
  • Competition benchmarking.
Behavioural Competencies:
  • Ability to anticipate and leverage business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Accountability for results.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade up to graduation.
  • 6 months to 1-year experience in life insurance direct sales.
  • MBA Freshers with good communication skills are also eligible.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English.
  • Age limit: Below 40 years.
  • Mandatory: Bike and a valid driving license.
  • Good communication skills, especially for MBA candidates.
