Reporting to the Sales Head, you'll manage front desk activities, drive sales and renewals, handle customer inquiries, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all gym members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Warm Welcome: Be the first point of contact, greeting and welcoming members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Sales and Information: Handle sales inquiries, provide detailed information about gym memberships and services, and close sales effectively.
· Lead Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential leads for sales and renewals, ensuring continuous growth and engagement.
· Member Management: Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and track the attendance of gym members and trainers to ensure smooth operations.
· Communication: Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage communication via emails and other platforms.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Head / Gym In-Charge and operations team to ensure seamless gym operations and exceptional member experiences.
· Event Assistance: Assist in organizing and promoting exciting events and activities within the gym to boost community engagement.
· Feedback and Improvement: Provide constructive feedback and innovative suggestions to enhance sales strategies and customer experience.
· Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring member satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Personable: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor that puts members at ease.
· Experience: Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
· Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members and team members.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
· Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and office management software.
· Organized: Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Fitness Enthusiast: A passion for fitness and wellness is a plus, driving personal engagement and member rapport.
· Languages: Must be proficient in English, Hindi and Telugu.
