Experience: 2-3 Years Similar Work.
Skills: SmartFlow, Missive to pass on the message. online customer care WhatsApp channel. Good in English, EPABX Handling, Basic admin Work etc.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
The position’s focus is to provide administration support to Finance, IT and HR.
To handle all office administrative and other office management responsibilities.
Ensure the office remains clean and works seamlessly with everyone.
Maintain effective relationships with vendors to ensure the standard of service.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Manage data filing and invoicing and raise purchase requisitions.
Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Involved in the coordination of the movement of documents within and outside the organization.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Willingness to work and help the entire team as and when required.
