Job Description: Front Desk Administrator
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
Assist with meeting room reservations and setups.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Coordinate with facility management for any required maintenance or repairs.
Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information.
