We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic
Fresher Trainee Engineer to join our team in the cold room industry. As a Fresher Trainee Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience in the design,
installation, maintenance, and operation of cold storage systems. This role is
ideal for recent engineering graduates who are eager to start their careers in
a fast-growing industry focused on refrigeration and temperature-controlled
environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training
and Development: Undergo on-the-job training to understand the
technical aspects of cold rooms, including design, installation, and
maintenance.
- Installation
Support: Assist senior engineers in the installation of refrigeration
systems and cold room units as per project requirements.
- Technical
Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical reports, installation
manuals, and system drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.
- System
Monitoring and Maintenance: Help monitor cold room performance,
troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Field
Support: Participate in field visits for system inspections and
technical support at client sites.
- Learning
and Growth: Stay updated with industry standards, advancements in
refrigeration technology, and environmental regulations.
- Health
& Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure
compliance with company safety guidelines during installation and
maintenance activities.
- Team
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as
project managers, electricians, and contractors to ensure successful
project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or
related field.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of refrigeration systems, thermodynamics, and HVAC
principles (prior experience or coursework in these areas is a plus).
- Skills:
- Good
problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic
knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong
communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical
Ability: Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions,
including cold environments.
