Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in business planning, strategy development, and execution.

- Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key projects.

- Help in the identification of business challenges and propose effective solutions.

- Contribute to business development efforts and customer relationship management.

- Prepare and present reports on business performance and industry trends.

- Work across various functions (sales - business development, corporate Partner, marketing, market research, HR - recruitment, HR Operations, customer support - telesales, retention & escalation, Digital & SEO, administration etc.).

Key Skills & Competencies:

•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

~Graduate 2024 batch, in [Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.] is a plus.

~Internship experience in relevant domains is desirable but not mandatory.
