Job Description

We're Hiring for a Freelance Soft Skill Trainer

Looking for eligible candidates to train the students of age group 10-15 in the School.

Interested candidates pls do directly contact.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Degree

Freshers/ Experienced

Good Command over English

Good Command over Bengali Language

Should be flexible to travel

Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements

Develop and implement training programs focused on soft skills

Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals

Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Collaborate with HR and department managers to align training with organizational goals

Monitor and report on participants' progress and training outcomes
