Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Freelance Digital Marketer with experience in managing and executing digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for Edutech industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, consumer behavior in India, and industry trends. Responsibilities:Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target the Indian market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth.
Content Marketing:
- Plan, develop, and manage content marketing strategies for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is relevant, localized, and engaging for the Indian audience.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and analyze social media posts tailored to the Indian demographic.
SEO & SEM:
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) targeting the Indian consumer base.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer outreach.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Lead Generation:
- Implement lead generation strategies through digital channels to increase conversions and customer acquisition.
- Manage retargeting and re-engagement campaigns.
Client Communication:
- Regularly update clients on campaign performance, deliverables, and marketing outcomes.
- Offer insights and recommendations based on the performance of campaigns.
Requirements:- Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 3-5 years) with a focus on the Indian market.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, and SEMrush.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (bonus).
- Experience in e-commerce or lead generation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships in India.
- Knowledge of regional cultures and consumer behavior across different Indian states.
- Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing ad spend for Indian businesses.
Compensation:- Based on experience and project scope. The compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
