The Franchise Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, providing support and guidance, and helping them to achieve their business goals. This role is critical to the success of the franchise system, as it is the relationship manager who is responsible for ensuring that franchisees are satisfied and successful.
Responsibilities:
Would be responsible for franchisee development for equities business and generate revenues
Ramp up franchisee distribution – conduct market survey, drives identification and empanelment activity of franchisee across region
Responsible for expanding the franchisee network through marketing and sales effort
Negotiating and completing all necessary franchisee documentation and agreements on time
Should be well versed with Franchisee model of operations: ROI
Should be able to guide and scale-up franchisee business
