Job Title: Franchise Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Manager to lead our franchise operations, ensuring the success and growth of our franchise network. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of franchisees, providing support and guidance to ensure they meet their business objectives, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Responsibilities:-
⦁ Franchisee Support: Provide ongoing support to franchisees, including regular site visits, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet their business objectives.
⦁ Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing and new markets, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
⦁ Operational Excellence: Ensure that franchisees are operating in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures, and provide guidance on operational best practices.
⦁ Financial Management: Analyze financial performance of franchisees, identify areas for improvement, and work with franchisees to develop and implement plans to increase profitability.
⦁ Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and strategies to drive sales growth for the franchise network.
⦁ Franchise Recruitment: Identify potential franchise candidates, conduct site visits, and present the opportunity to prospective franchisees.
⦁ Franchise Agreement Management: Negotiate and manage franchise agreements with new and existing franchisees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
⦁ Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for franchisees and their staff to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
⦁ Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including food safety, health and safety, and employment laws.
⦁ Reporting: Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, including financials, sales trends, and operational metrics.
Requirements:-
⦁ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
⦁ At least 5 years of experience in a franchise management or business development role
⦁ Strong understanding of the franchise industry and its operations
⦁ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
⦁ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
