Position: Footwear Designer
Location: Noida, India
Experience: 3+ years

Job Overview:

Marketing King Online Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented Footwear Designer with expertise in grading and pattern making, which are critical for this role. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and a passion for creating innovative and stylish footwear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative footwear designs aligned with brand and market trends.
  • Create accurate patterns and execute grading processes for consistent sizing.
  • Conduct trend research and collaborate with product development teams.
  • Oversee prototyping and ensure designs meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Footwear Design.
  • 3+ years of experience in footwear design, focusing on grading and pattern making.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
  • Strong sketching, technical drawing, and communication skills.
  • Must have a personal laptop for design work.

Preferred:

  • Experience with various footwear categories.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices
