Alliance Food Engineering specializes in setting up food processing projects, focusing on vegetable dehydration. We are looking for a Food Technologist to manage production and quality assurance at our dehydration plant.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and optimize vegetable dehydration processes.
· Ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
· Manage and maintain dehydration equipment.
· Collaborate with teams to address issues and implement improvements.
· Maintain accurate production and QA documentation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
· At least 2 years of experience in vegetable dehydration.
· Strong knowledge of dehydration techniques and quality control.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
