Process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given.
Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including the countertop, cash drawer, and surrounding area.
Assist in maintaining a clean and well-stocked dining area, ensuring clean and sanitized tables and chairs.
Answer customer inquiries regarding the menu, special promotions, and allergen information.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food orders.
Maintain knowledge of current menu items, ingredients, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Upsell and suggest additional menu items or special offers to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a polite and efficient manner, seeking assistance from a manager when necessary.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation, restocking supplies, and cleaning assigned areas.
