Job Description
We will provide you with food stall, you need to take care and maintain cash counter. All you need to have is To have good interaction with customers mostly. Talkative and Good communication skills, mostly Telugu language.
Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, providing a positive first impression.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the point-of-sale (POS) system or electronic order-taking devices.
Process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given.
Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including the countertop, cash drawer, and surrounding area.
Assist in maintaining a clean and well-stocked dining area, ensuring clean and sanitized tables and chairs.
Answer customer inquiries regarding the menu, special promotions, and allergen information.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food orders.
Maintain knowledge of current menu items, ingredients, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Upsell and suggest additional menu items or special offers to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a polite and efficient manner, seeking assistance from a manager when necessary.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation, restocking supplies, and cleaning assigned areas.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
