We are looking for a dynamic FMCG Retailer Revenue Manager to join our team and drive the successful onboarding of new retail partners.

Job Summary: Responsible for onboarding new retailers to our technology-driven distribution platform. This role involves engaging with potential retail clients, demonstrating the benefits of our technology solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition to our system. You will act as a key liaison between our company and retail partners, ensuring they are well-equipped and supported throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retailer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential retail partners who can benefit from our distribution platform. Present the value proposition of our technology solutions and secure agreements with new retailers.
• Onboarding Process: Guide new retailers through the onboarding process, including system setup, training, and integration. Ensure that they are fully operational and comfortable with our technology.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients. Serve as their main point of contact for any issues or additional needs related to our technology solutions.
• Business Growth: Focus on growing business through identifying relevant FMCG products to be added to portfolio or growing revenue through existing product offering.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
