1)     Every vehicle should be kept charging connected when it is in Hub. Charging sequence to be strictly followed (Slow, Fast, Fast, Fast, Slow). Charging sequence update to be accurate. Slow charge vehicle should not be removed < 100%. No vehicle should be kept idle when charging < 100%

2)     When driver come for shift login, Verify login time, Verify he has cleaning Cloth, Cash balance, Uniform with Shoes, and allocate vehicle which is having highest charging %ge on dashboard. Driver shall not be asked to search vehicle. Driver shall not be given choice. No Bias. Login driver, only when the cleaning is complete 100% satisfactory. You are responsible for cleanliness of vehicles. Cleaning incentive for drivers to be given only when driver cleaned vehicle completely without cleaning contractor. Drivers suspicious of drunk should not be logged in

3)     Exchange of vehicles to be done in max 5 mins. We shall tell driver which vehicle, not ask driver to search. Vehicle with highest charge to be given from dashboard. Ensure driver clean the vehicle on Exchange. Drivers are given incentive for maintaining cleanliness

4)     Logout of vehicle is done, only on thorough checking of Vehicle for damages. Report damages immediately and apply penalty of 20% of Repair cost. Key shall be collected. Cash shall be collected. Responsible for vehicle damages if not reported.

5)     Responsible to ensure all driver login on-time for shift. Need to follow up, drivers not come for login / delayed proactively and update status 

6)     Cash shall be maintained accurately and handover to next Radiant or next shift person directly. Cash shall not be used for any Personal purposes. Cash can be used for official purpose only after approval. 100% cash to be submitted every day and not take any amount to home. 

7)     Ensure the Vehicle Cleanliness. Ensure driver/cleaning contractor clean the vehicles. Drivers to clean vehicles after each ride/after each exchange. Ensure Cleaning contractor clean the vehicles neatly completely and sign the vehicle clean record at each vehicle level as and when only after thorough inspection by you.  Ensure productivity of Cleaning person to complete 25 vehicle in each shift by each cleaning person keeping productivity.  Signing together for multiple vehicles, signing without inspection is strictly prohibited.

8)     Report every vehicle issue which come to your notice immediately in system and in Vehicle management group. Book Tow vehicle for breakdown vehicles and make them towed immediately without wasting Hub space. There shall not be any breakdown vehicle waiting in Hub more than 4hrs. Within 4hrs, it shall be sent to service station / towed. Give SOS support for Breakdown vehicles by sending required items through other driver partner.

9)     Keep Hub clean. Ensure drivers follow cleanliness instructions. Take action when any driver throwing bottles or eating gutka in hub, chits, etc.,.  Ensure hub cleaning person appointed by you, and coming regularly and doing quality work

10)  Inventory Management. Maintain tyres, tow chains, Cleaning clothes, Mobile holders, mirrors, stationary, keys, vehicles, all other equipment at Hub. Maintain register and make note of consumption of it.

11)  Customer forgotten/lost items, we shall do best efforts to handover to them immediately. Maintain Lost and Found register along customer details and take all efforts to handover to them. 

12)  The Hub phone is in working condition and available for drivers and operators to reach out to you any time. You yourself available on phone. Be On time to shift, Be on time to meetings.
