Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage module closures (AP, AR, IC, FA) at the first level, reviewing and verifying them
2. Ensure timely and accurate completion of statutory compliance tasks (TDS, GST, AVACOM updates) with prior preparation and reconciliation
3. Assist with departmental analysis, including costs, revenues, and performance evaluation
4. Support basic audit responses, schedules, and issue resolution
5. Manage internal payment transfers and assist with cash flow planning/projections
6. Handle intercompany balance confirmations, billing, and collection coordination
7. Maintain legal document records and assist with initial-level coordination on financial terms in agreements
8. Perform critical monthly reconciliations (bank statements, credit cards, payment gateways, bank of America) for accurate collection tracking
9. Submit financial MIS to the corporate team by the 5th of each month
10. Complete the comprehensive monthly book closure report
11. Support business MIS development with interns
12. Analyze unit profitability (P&Ls),monitoring key performance indicators across marketing, sales, production, and vendors
13. Manage working capital
14. Handle various audits, book closures, year-end cut-offs, and major reconciliations in April
