Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Field Technician with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the
installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, surveillance
systems, access control systems, Building Management Systems (BMS),and Intrusion Detection
& Prevention (IDP) systems. The ideal candidate should be prepared to handle service calls,
manage AMC deliverables, and address customer complaints effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation & Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of
fire alarm, suppression, surveillance, access control, BMS, and IDP systems.
* Service Calls: Respond to customer service calls and complaints promptly, ensuring
timely resolution.
* AMC Deliverables: Ensure all deliverables under Annual Maintenance Contracts
(AMC) are met efficiently.
* Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
and provide technical support.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and service
activities.
* Extra Hours: Willingness to work extra hours when required, with proper compensation
and week-offs provided by the company.
* Mobility: Preference for candidates with their own 2-wheeler for better mobility and
response time.
