Job Description
Diploma Electrical Freshers Or 1-2 yrs experience with good knowledge of Electrical Circuit Diagram, Knowledge of PLC
Must be willing to Travel PAN India and International also
Other state candidates residing in Bangalore may also apply

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to customers in the field
Install, maintain, and repair our products at customer sites
Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and malfunctions
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback
Document and report customer issues, resolutions, and feedback
Skills:
Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant technologies
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
