Aakaa Foods, based in Dindigul, seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and achieve sales growth across Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage product stalls at IT offices, apartment complexes, and events.

• Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu to promote and market products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective strategies.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to attract new customers.

• Acquire new clients and expand the customer base in retail and wholesale markets.

• Improve product visibility by collaborating with retailers and wholesalers.

• Negotiate pricing and terms with wholesale buyers to increase market penetration.

• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and quotas.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.

• Fluency in Tamil; basic English proficiency preferred.

• A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
