We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets by meeting with potential customers on the field. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients (government offices, private institutions, etc.) to promote and sell our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present customized solutions to meet customer needs.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (preferred).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
