Field Sales Executive Jobs Opening in ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED at Delhi

We are looking to hire dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives for various locations in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. The role involves fieldwork, actively promoting and selling Paytm products and services such as sound boxes, QR codes, insurance, loans, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales: Visit customer locations and promote/sell Paytm products (sound boxes, QR codes, insurance policies, loan products, etc.)

• Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable products.

• Market Expansion: Identify new potential customers, onboard them, and develop long-term relationships.

• Documentation: Complete all sales-related paperwork and ensure timely submission to the team.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Male candidates preferred for field work)

• Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi/English

  • Ability to work independently in the field

  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service

  • Willingness to travel within the designated locations (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh)

• Experience: Prior experience in field sales or any customer-facing role is a plus but not mandatory.

• Personal Traits: Energetic, goal-oriented, and willing to take initiative.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to ₹26,000 CTC per month (including incentives based on performance)

• Payroll: TeamLease Services Limited will handle payroll and employee benefits.

• Location: Candidates can be based in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Haryana, or Uttar Pradesh.
