Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Agsar Paints' range of products to potential customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Participate in sales events, trade exhibitions, and product demonstrations as required.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• 0 to 5 years of sales experience preferred, but freshers with enthusiasm and drive are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region.
