The Window Bay jobs - Field Sales Executive

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our market reach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets for windows and related products.
• Prospect and identify qualified leads within your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our window solutions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable window products for their projects.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to win new business.
• Oversee the sales process from initial contact to order placement.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of the window manufacturing industry (a plus).
