This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our data center relocation, turnkey project, office & household relocation services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for data center and office/household relocation services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of relocation projects.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build connections and promote our services.
