Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in a designated geographical area. The Field Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving our sales targets and fostering strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

1.      Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services.

2.      Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings, pricing, and policies.

3.      Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling to expand the customer base.

4.      Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve individual and team targets.

5.      Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

6.      Provide accurate and timely information regarding market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.

7.      Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to articulate the value proposition of our products/services.

8.      Keep abreast of industry developments and stay informed about product features to effectively communicate with clients.

9.      Document sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on sales performance.

10.  Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.


Qualifications:

1.      Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry.

2.      Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3.      Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

4.      Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

5.      Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

6.      Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.

7.      Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
