Role and Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in our CRM system. Provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline.
