Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Identification: Identify and approach auto and cab drivers who can benefit from our zero-commission platform.

• Driver Engagement: Effectively communicate the benefits of joining our platform, focusing on the advantages of direct payment from customers and 0% commission.

• Onboarding: Assist drivers in the registration and Onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the platform and its features.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with drivers to encourage ongoing engagement with our platform.

• Field Reporting: Provide regular updates on field activities, including the number of drivers contacted, onboarded, and any challenges faced.

• Problem Solving: Address any concerns or issues drivers may have during the Onboarding process and liaise with the internal team to resolve them promptly.
