Responsibilities :
Post jobs on various portals, board, newspapers, colleges, etc.
Ability to travel when required
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, portals & field hiring etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience. and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Required skills :
Experience in Blue Collar hiring
Some one who can be on top of numbers
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Conducting interviews using various methods - phone, in-person.
