Job Description
Field Executive will have to collect Document From various banks in Delhi and NCR ans also have to visit the customers home whenever required for documents collection with prior information to customer.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate submission of the collected documents.
Maintain an organized record of all the field activities.
Reporting and coordinating with the team manager regularly.
Conduct on-site visits to collect data or provide assistance to clients
Follow specific instructions provided by the management regarding tasks to be completed
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks
Document and report any issues or concerns encountered during field visits
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
Maintain records and documentation related to field activities
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management
