Job Summary:
Dahmesh Mechanix is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Field Executive - Intern to join our team in the water purifier business. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and field operations. You will assist in promoting our water purification products and services while engaging directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Visit potential and existing customers to promote our water purification systems.
Provide information about products, services, and benefits of water purification to customers.

Sales Support:
Assist in achieving sales targets by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Collect customer feedback and report it to the management team for continuous improvement.

Installation Assistance:
Support the installation team during the setup of water purification systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance and follow-ups.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities in South Delhi.
Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the management.

Documentation:
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests.


Qualifications:
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of water purification systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements:
Willingness to travel within South Delhi for fieldwork.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
