Job Title: Field Business Development Executive (FBDE)
Number of Openings: 30 (Divided into two segments: B2B - 15, B2C - 15)
Job Summary:
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Field Business Development Executive to join our team. FBDE, will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and promoting our products/services.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Age limit: 30 years
- Valid driving license and 2-wheeler
Segment 1: B2B (15 openings)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT software selling, package selling, or B2B sales
- Budget: 4.8 LPA - Virtual interviews available
Segment 2: B2C (15 openings)
- Freshers with minimum requirements or experience with a minimum of 1 year in Sales
- Budget: Freshers: Upto 3 LPA (20k CTC for the first 3 months, 25k CTC after 4 months)
- Experienced: Upto 4 LPA
- Virtual interviews not available
Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with customers
- Promote products/services to customers and negotiate sales
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support
