Job Description

Job Summary:
We're seeking highly motivated and dynamic female telecaller to join our real estate team. As a Telecaller, you'll play a crucial role in generating leads, converting prospects, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our real estate services.
2. Generate leads, schedule appointments. 
3. Build relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
4. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
5. Update records, maintain databases, and perform administrative tasks.

Requirements:
1. Female candidates only
2. 1-2 years of experience in telesales, real estate, or related field (Freshers Welcome) 
3. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
4. Fluency in Hindi, English, and local languages (Marathi preferred)
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets and deadlines
6. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)

Desirable Skills:
1. Real estate industry knowledge
2. Previous experience in sales or customer service
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
