We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Telecaller from Chennai to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be responsible for generating sales through effective phone communication. The role demands strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage customer queries and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Engage with potential customers over the phone, present our products, and drive sales conversions.
Customer Interaction: Excellent customer service, addressing queries, handling orders, and managing schedules effectively.
Order Management: Ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer orders, including order acknowledgments and tracking progress to completion.
Collaboration: Work closely with delivery partners, customers, and the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Reporting: Generate reports and maintain accurate records using Excel and Google Docs.

Key Skills:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi (mandatory), with additional fluency in Kannada or Telugu preferred.
Sales Acumen: Strong ability to drive sales through effective communication.
Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and monitor orders with precision.
